TURNAROUND TIMES:

Turnaround times for most packages will be 7-10 business days (Approximately 2 Weeks). This allows retouchers to properly edit and review final images and account for longer editing queues. There are express editing options when booking for those who need a guaranteed faster turnaround time. Some editing requests may increase turnaround time or increase costs so please inform us when booking.

LATE FEES:

We understand things happen so no late fees are charged if the session is finished within the allotted time frame. Packages are designed to ensure your shoot is done properly and some concepts require more time, so being late is not recommended. This put more pressure on you and the photographer. If you go over your session time more than 5 minutes, you will be charged a late fee of $50 and an overtime fee of $50 (Total $100). Your photographer will indicate when your session starts. (Early arrival does not increase shooting time).

FAQs

Where is your studio located, and do you travel for sessions?

At the moment, we do not have a base studio. Once our studio is finished, the address will be available in place of this paragraph. Instead, a studio will be booked for your session within the Downtown Orlando area. The studios are between 5 and 20 minutes from each other, so give yourself time to travel. Travel is available for any location. Outside of the Central Orlando area, there will be a travel fee. There may also be additional setup fees depending on your concept.

How much is the deposit?

All sessions require a deposit and the cost varies per package. The deposit serves as a retainer fee and also covers any travel or pre-production costs for your session. If the pre-production costs exceed the deposit you will be notified to cover the remainder to secure your session. Failure to do this will result in a cancellation. In most instances, deposits are fully or partially refundable.
