TURNAROUND TIMES:

Turnaround times for most packages will be 7-10 business days (Approximately 2 Weeks). This gives retouchers (editors) enough time to properly edit and review the final images and account for longer editing queues. Everyone is unique which can vary editing time and choices. Express editing options are available when booking for those who need a guaranteed faster turnaround time. Please understand some client requests may affect turnaround times.

LATE FEES:

We understand things happen so no late fees are charged if the session is finished within the allotted time frame. Packages are designed to ensure your shoot is done properly giving you a more relaxed sense of pacing, and some concepts may require more time between shots, so being late is not recommended. Late arrivals will put more pressure on you and the photographer. If you go over your session time more than 5 minutes, you will be charged a late fee of $50 and an overtime fee of $50 (Total $100). You will have to also pay an additional $50 on top of those fees if you want to continue the session as most studios require an upfront fee to extend studio sessions. Your photographer will indicate when your session starts. (Early arrival can sometimes give you additional prep time if the photographer is setting up. Please alert the photographer before coming in to avoid interrupting a session).

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

Where is your studio located, and do you travel for sessions?

At the moment, we do not have a base studio. Once our studio is finished, the address will be available in place of this paragraph. Instead, a studio will be booked for your session within the Downtown Orlando area (32803), there is also a main studio in Apopka 32703. The studios are between 5 and 20 minutes from each other, so give yourself time to travel. Travel is available for any location. Outside of the Central Orlando area, there will be a travel fee. There may also be additional setup fees depending on your concept.

How much is the deposit?

All sessions require a deposit and the cost varies per package. The deposit serves as a retainer fee and also covers any travel or pre-production costs for your session. If the pre-production or travel costs is more than the deposit provided, you will be notified to cover the remainder to secure your session. Failure to do this will result in a cancellation and your deposit will be refunded.

Why do rates differ for packages types?

Packages are created considering what a session needs. For example, in studio sessions require a different set of skills, equipment and pre-production. Different style of photography requires more or less post production as well. Packages includes the cost 3 main categories: Labour, Resources and Skill Set. Labour takes up a majority of fees. For eg a 1 hour session takes 1-2 hours of pre-production and 2-3 hours of post-production on top of the 1 hour session itself (4-6 hours or more total). Resources is considered such as equipment and location use. Photography equipment have a life expectancy just like cars have mileage, software and other overhead costs are calculated into packages. Experience and skill set is considered in cost but more for the demand aspect.
