Graduate Sessions

• Studio Sessions cannot be rescheduled within 48 Hours of session start time.

• Studio fees are included in packages but some props and set designs may require extra fees.

• Avoid overcrowding the shooting area.

• Whoever damages the studio environment or equipment will be responsible for replacing it. In most studios the shooting area is under surveillance. This applies to the photographer as well.

• Damaging or smearing paper Backgrounds will result in a $30 fee. If you are wearing body oils or lotion and exposing to the background you will need to pay the fee. (You are not responsible for previously damaged backdrops)

• You are free to invite guests as long as they are not distracting or interrupting the shoot, they may be requested to leave if they do so.

• Alcohol is allowed but overconsumption is not recommended as it may affect facial expressions.

• Travel fees apply to locations outside of Orlando. This includes parking arrangements.

• You are able to reschedule up to 12 hours prior to your session time if the weather does not permit a full session. You can also opt for a studio shoot based on availability (extra fees will apply)

• We recommend 1-2 hours before sunset for the ideal outdoor session for most session types but you are free to book any time.

• Ensure you have walking shoes or slides with you, even if you are comfortable walking in heels.
